Seeking Part-Time or Full-time rheumatologist to join our growing team in Southeast Houston!
Since opening in April 2022, our practice has expanded rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated colleague who values flexibility, autonomy, and a collegial work environment.

Position Details:
Immediately
Full-time or Part-time opportunity
Can be rheumatology board-eligible (e.g. obtain certification within 1 year of starting the position)
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $200-$225K (based on full-time)
Productivity model
Flexible schedule with autonomy
Productivity based compensation- ideal for candidate desiring a private practice model without the risk!
Welcome bonus and Education fund available
Practice Highlights:
Flexible schedule: 2-4 days per week
Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 – 1:00 PM)
Adjustable working hours can be considered
Supportive, experienced staff in a small, well-run office
On-site ancillaries including infusion services, diagnostic ultrasound, and clinical research
We offer a novel prductivity model (with revenue from your E/M earnings as well as ancillary income) which allows you to start generating revenue at your own pace; there is no financial risk to you. You will be supported by excellent staff, in-house billing, software/EMR, in-house infusions, clinical research and a great referral system. With the right mindset and effort, you could be busy from day one.
