Seeking Part-Time rheumatologist to join our team in Southeast Houston! Lonestar Rheumatology is seeking a part-time physician to join our growing team. Since opening in April 2022, our practice has expanded rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated colleague who values flexibility, autonomy, and a collegial work environment.

Position Details:

  • Immediately

  • Part-time opportunity

  • Can be rheumatology board-eligible (e.g. obtain certification within 1 year of starting the position)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $225-$250K (based on full-time)

  • Flexible schedule with autonomy

  • Productivity based compensation- ideal for candidate desiring a private practice model without the riss!

  • PTO and CME allowance


Practice Highlights:

  • Flexible schedule: 2 days per week

  • Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 – 1:00 PM)

  • Adjustable working hours can be considered

  • Supportive, experienced staff in a small, well-run office

  • On-site ancillaries including infusion services, diagnostic ultrasound, and clinical research

  • We offer competitive compensation aligned with current market rates, along with PTO and CME allowance.
