VITAL Rheumatology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible rheumatologist to join our physician-led private practice in Austin, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing rheumatology practice focused on high-quality care, strong ancillary services, and an excellent work-life balance.

Position Details:

• Start date: Summer 2026

• Full-time opportunity

• Can be rheumatology board-eligible (e.g. obtain certification within 1 year of starting the position)

• Join an established, rapidly growing independent rheumatology practice

• Strong referral base and high demand for rheumatology services in the Austin area

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $250-$275K (based on full-time)

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM clinical schedule

• Minimal administrative burden

• No hospital call coverage

• Focus on outpatient rheumatology care
