With more than 25 years of experience in executive coaching, recruiting, technology, and organizational development, Felix has interviewed over 10,000 candidates and placed thousands of executives and technology professionals.

He has delivered trainings and workshops for organizations including Google, Draper University, 500 Startups, Y Combinator, Idealab, Tony Robbins, and Goldman Sachs, as well as youth leadership programs, global conferences, sales teams, gang leaders, and incarcerated individuals. He also supports the rehabilitation of girls rescued from human trafficking.
