About Felix

Felix Lin is an executive coach who has spent years helping leaders build stronger teams and workplace cultures. At Konfidently, he uses his Konfident Fit methodology to help organizations hire for culture fit, reduce turnover, and create elite teamwork and results. His coaching focuses on the real situations leaders face: difficult employees, hiring, accountability, team dynamics, and the leadership blind spots that keep resurfacing.

Before Konfidently, Felix spent years as a senior trainer and speaker with Robbins Research International and has spoken on leadership at USC's Viterbi School of Engineering. He holds a BS in Biomedical Physics from UC Irvine.

Felix is a familiar face to RPPA members. He joined the 2024 Growth Summit panel "Transforming Your Organization Through Creating Elite Teams," and his insights on why employees quit and the four levels of workplace culture were featured in RPPA's January 2025 newsletter.

Friday & Saturday All Day · Posted office hours

Coach Drop in for one-on-one or small-group coaching. Bring a real situation you are facing: a difficult employee, hiring, accountability, culture, team dynamics, or a leadership blind spot that keeps resurfacing. Executive coaching is something many physician owners have never experienced firsthand, and this complimentary opportunity is a feature of the RPPA Summit that you typically will not find at other conferences.

  3. AI Coaching Lounge: One-on-One Help & Sunday AI Workshop Prep

Friday & Saturday All Day · Posted office hours

    Coach, with Johnny Chan

Drop in for one-on-one or small-group help with AI, whatever your starting point. Bring your laptop if you would like help getting set up for Sunday's hands-on workshop, or bring questions about the AI apps, agents, and workflows you want to understand better, including how to build AI employees and stand up an AI team or department around your practice's own workflows. Get assistance with accounts and basic setup so you can spend the workshop learning rather than troubleshooting, and get guidance on what you can explore on your own versus what may require more technical help.
