About Johnny
Johnny Chan, Pharm.D., is a pharmacist, an AI coach, and a Claude Certified Associate (Anthropic). A pharmacist since 2007, he manages clinical programs at a national health services company by day and spends his evenings teaching physicians, practice teams, and small business owners the simplest ways to hand real work to AI, all without code. He also teaches AI literacy inside his own organization.
He is a non-programmer who builds in his spare time. A workout generator, a family website, and retro arcade games all started as plain-English requests. In his workshops he shows a finished project, then builds it with the room from scratch and sends everyone home with the exact steps and prompts so they can reproduce it and build on it. Every session ends with something attendees can use on Monday.
A 2025 RPPA attendee, he returns this year to teach what he built in the twelve months since. He lives in Las Vegas with his wife and chickens, and is expecting his first child in December.
