About Justin
Justin Brasell, CCIM, is Executive Managing Director of Transwestern's Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory Services Group and leads the firm's Houston Healthcare & Life Sciences Brokerage Team. His 16-person team leases more than 9 million square feet of clinical and lab space, more than any other local firm.
Since joining Transwestern in 2007, Justin has specialized in real estate for healthcare and life sciences, advising investors, developers, end users, and physician groups on leasing, investment sales, development, construction, and asset management. From 2015 through 2025, he completed more than $1.1 billion in lease and sale transactions, consistently ranking as a top producer in Houston and within Transwestern nationally. His clients have included MD Anderson, Baylor College of Medicine, HCA, and Retina Consultants of Texas.
Justin has served on Transwestern's National Board of Directors since 2018 and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
