About Kevin
Kevin Chan is a Professional EOS Implementer® who helps business owners get what they want from their businesses: clarity, accountability, and traction. Using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), he guides leadership teams through a proven process to align on vision, fix recurring issues, and run more effective meetings. His clients often describe his sessions as "business therapy."
Kevin is also an entrepreneur. He co-founded Best Delegate, a leading provider of Model United Nations programs, and grew it to eight locations nationwide with a fully remote team, using EOS to step out of day-to-day operations. He also co-founded Momentium, a consulting firm focused on culture, leadership training, and scalable systems.
He has served as President of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) in Los Angeles and as national Board Chair of ACE NextGen. He holds a BA in Political Science from UCLA, a Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell, and completed executive education at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
