About Preet
Preet Kahlon, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer of East Bay Rheumatology Medical Group, where he has led financial strategy and operations since 2024. He brings a corporate finance perspective to independent specialty care, with a focus on financial sustainability, practice growth, and new care delivery models, including the group’s implementation of medically integrated dispensing.
Before joining East Bay Rheumatology, Preet spent nearly a decade at IAC, where he held senior leadership roles including Vice President and Controller. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in finance, accounting and SEC reporting at Reliance Inc and other public and private organizations. He began his career at Deloitte and is a co-founder of QuickTSI.
Preet holds a BS in Accounting from California State University, Fresno.
