Xiao Zhang is an innovative leader and strategist with more than 20 years of experience in advanced analytics, data-driven decision-making, machine learning and AI, and digital transformation. She has applied that expertise across a wide range of industries, including higher education, finance, oil and gas, urban planning, and retail.
Xiao is known for bridging technical execution with strategic vision.
