What Speakers Need To Do

Before the Summit

WHOVA
Update your Whova profile

Please download the Whova mobile app as soon as possible and sign up with your RPPA-registered email. Ensure your profile biography and speaker information are up to date, as Whova will serve as a key resource for Summit updates.

Review your speaker information

Review your speaker profile and session information on the RPPA website. If you notice an error in your name, credentials, biography, photo, or session information, please let the RPPA team know.

PRESENTATION
Prepare your presentation

Giving an individual presentation? Use the RPPA PPT template. Once done, email your completed presentation to Erica Already have slides? Send them to Erica, and she can help move the content into the RPPA format. (Note: Panelists without individual slides will use the Panel Session PPT —see below for details). All PPT are reviewed before the Summit.

SOCIALS
Share your speaker graphics

RPPA will provide speaker and session graphics for your social media channels. Share them with your network and let your colleagues know you’ll be joining us in Houston. Don’t forget to tag us on our Social Channels!

Individual Presentations

  • Use the RPPA presentation template, available to download from this page.

  • You may prepare your slides yourself using the template.

  • Already have slides? Send them to Erica, and RPPA can help move them into the RPPA format.

  • Reach out with questions about the presentation format or technical requirements.

  • All slides will be reviewed before they are used at the Summit.

PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

Panel Sessions

Panel sessions follow the format used for RPPA panels in previous years. Each panel uses one shared deck, which includes:

  • A title/opening slide

  • Panelist photos, names, and credentials

  • Any key slides panelists would like to use during the discussion

Have one or two key slides? Send them to Erica at erica.manzon@rppa.co. The moderator and panelists will coordinate with Erica to determine which slides go into the final panel deck.
